How You Show Up · Part One • 1
Your Relational World Right Now
Think about the people in your life — not in the abstract, but specifically. The ones you talk to regularly. The ones you haven't spoken to in months but still think about. The ones you feel close to and the ones where something has shifted. If you drew a map of your relational world — with you in the center and the people in your life arranged around you by closeness — what would it look like? Who would be nearest? Who would be farther out? Is anyone missing from the map who used to be on it? Now look at the map you've described. What does this arrangement tell you about how you're living relationally right now? Is this the relational world you'd design on purpose, or is it the one that happened while you weren't paying attention?
