What Love Looked Like

Think about the home you grew up in — or the place and people that shaped you most. Not the facts of what happened, but the feeling of it. The emotional atmosphere. What did love look like in that world? Was it spoken or unspoken? Was it steady or unpredictable? Was it shown through words, through actions, through sacrifice, through presence — or was it shown through things you had to read between the lines to find? You learned your first lessons about love by watching. Not by what anyone told you love was, but by what you saw it do. What did those early observations teach you about what love requires, what it looks like when it's working, and what it costs?
